Nairobi, Kenya's Swissport and Indigo collaborate



IndiGo chose Swissport Kenya for airport ground services at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport as its first stop in Africa (NBO).


The deal with the biggest airline in India encompasses all aspects of ramp management and passenger services, such as ticketing, check-in, passenger mobility, and aviation security.


Swissport Kenya will offer full airport ground services for IndiGo at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO).


Together with a wide range of passenger services including check-in, baggage services, and passenger mobility, services like aircraft cleaning, aviation security, and running an executive lounge are also provided. Ramp handling services include moving planes and providing baggage services.



The majority of the general cargo and medicines carried by IndiGo's Nairobi operation will be handled by Swissport.
