Ethiopia Airlines, Africa's premier airline, has been named the winner of the prestigious APEX 2023 Passenger Choice Awards.
The awards, which recognize excellence in passenger service, hospitality, entertainment, food and beverage, seat comfort and Wi-Fi, are presented to the airlines for their commitment to providing the highest quality of services and care to their valued customers.

Ethiopian Airlines has been named the 2023 best airline in Africa by APEX for its unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. APEX’s prestigious Passenger Choice Awards recognize airlines in different regions for offering the best passenger experience. This year, APEX partnered with Concur’s TripIt® to gather anonymous passenger feedback from over 1 million flights and 600 airlines around the world. Passengers were asked to provide ratings in five categories: seat comfort; cabin service; food and beverage; entertainment; Wi-Fi; and innovative services and fleet.
