Gambia Port Authority (GPA) Management held a Consultative meeting with the stakeholders in the port community on Tuesday 23rd, 2023 to get their valuable input and feedback on the performance and service delivery of the ports in the country.
The key interface has attracted stakeholders from the shipping agency, importer, clearing and forwarding agency, State agencies at the Port and dockworkers.
The stakeholders provided valuable insights and feedback needed for better service delivery and ultimately customer satisfaction needs.
Stakeholders, both individually and collectively, raised concerns and made recommendations for the future.
