Maersk Supply Service in Angola has been awarded the extension of the subsea vessel contract

A contract extension has been given to Maersk Supply Service for its subsea support vessel Maersk Involver.

For an extra 15 months, the ship, which was completed in 2017, will support various subsea operations off the coast of Angola.

The vessel was once employed by TotalEnergies. According to the ship's AIS data, it is going to the block Block 17-area Dalia field run by TotalEnergies.

The Maersk Involver is one of four ships operated by the Danish offshore energy contractor, which also operates the Maersk Achiever, Trader, Nomad, and Mariner, all of which were built between 2003 and 2017.
