The achievement of SAA's Cabin Crew service excellence was revealed during the yearly SKYTRAX gathering.
The Skytrax World Airline Awards, known as the "Oscars" of the airline industry, evaluate passengers' experiences using data from millions of covertly collected surveys around the world.

The SAA showcase already has 14 awards for Best Airline in Africa, and this year's Best Cabin Crew in Africa Award joins that list. SAA was also the first African airline to receive a 4-star rating.
