Ghana Shipper's Authority (GSA) Donates 150 Branded Bedsheets, Detergents and Toiletries to Salaga Municipal Hospitals in Savannah Region
The GSA delivered 150 branded bed sheets, laundry detergents and toiletries from the GSA’s Tamale Branch manager to the administrator of the salaga municipal hospitals, Mr Aloysius Bosuma, on Wednesday, May 24th, 2023.
Speaking on behalf of GSA Board and Management, Mr Frederick Atsogiyire stressed the importance the GSA attaches to supporting health facilities, adding that similar donations have been made to hospitals all over the country.
As healthcare costs in the country continue to rise, it is becoming increasingly difficult for Government to keep up. Therefore, it is essential that corporate bodies like the GSA step in to provide support to healthcare institutions in order to make life easier for patients admitted and administrators.
Atogiyire received the GSA gift on behalf of Salaga municipal hospital, and expressed his gratitude for the gesture, promising to make use of the items. The GSA presented the gift as part of their social responsibility interventions in support of the communities they serve.
