2006 saved specialists of the Ghana Railroad Organization have put an order on the records of the Organization following the inability to settle their back payments after they were laid off a long time back.
Executive of the conserved specialists John Kojo Appiah told Nhyiraba Paa Kwesi Simpson, the host of Associate FM's Omanbapa morning show that the directive was requested by the Sekondi High Court after all endeavors to recover their secured reserves demonstrated worthless.
"The Cape Coast Requests Court requested the installment of our cash in 2015," he said.
"From that point forward, the organization has wouldn't pay the cash to us and all endeavors have demonstrated fruitless. Our attorney drove us and a directive has been put on the records where pay rates of laborers are paid from."
Out of the 674 saved specialists, 111 have kicked the bucket and the rest are over 50 years. The majority of them are at present doing combating one disorder or the other.
Secretary of the saved specialists Edward Roberts, 76, is accusing the Western Area Priest, Kobby Otchere Darko Mensah, previous Rail lines Clergyman, Joe Ghartey, and Peter Amewu for declining to act.
"We have informed every one of them about our situation, they are mindful of the Court administering however have neglected to act. With the help of their legal advisor, J.A.E Abakah, an order has been gotten on the Ghana Business Financial balance of the Organization in Takoradi, Kumasi, and Accra.
As per them, the organization presently owes them GH¢56million and until their cash is paid, the laborers can't accept their compensations.
