The Service of Rail routes Improvement has discredited reports of robbery of rail tracks and steel sleepers that were accepted to have a place with the Ghana Rail route Improvement Authority.
Two suspects who were seen shipping the things in a viral video were captured, and claims were made that the things were being taken to Ferro Fabrik illicitly.
The suspects guaranteed that their organization had been shrunk by the Service of Railroad Advancement to ship the things to Tema.
The Service in an official statement affirmed that it for sure gotten the organization, Messrs Xingrui Global Improvement Restricted, to move the rail tracks and steel sleepers.
The Service expressed that the vehicle found in the viral video was approved by the Service and not conveying taken things.
Moreover, the Service said it had informed the Ghana Police Administration that main Messrs Xingrui Global Advancement Restricted has been approved to eliminate deserted rail route tracks and steel sleepers along unambiguous freedoms of-way, and some other individual found eliminating or moving rail tracks will be managed in like manner.
"Hence, the vehicle found in the viral video moving a portion of the rail tracks reaped by Messrs Xingrui Global Improvement Restricted, was approved by the Service and not taken thing," the delivery said.
"Further, we wish to sympathetically express that, the Service properly educated the Ghana Police Administration that separated from Messrs Xingrui Worldwide Improvement Restricted who has been approved to collect or eliminate deserted rail route tracks and steel sleepers along right-of-ways from Mempeasem to Mrayem on the Western Line, and from Nnadieso to Juaso on the Eastern Line some other person(s) found eliminating or moving rail tracks should be captured and managed appropriately.
"We further wish to reason that, Messrs Xingrui Worldwide Advancement Restricted, isn't attempted the reaping and moving of the rail tracks wrongfully as being implied in the video under reference, yet are working under the orders of the Service".
