Mr Alan Kyerematen, the outgoing Minister of Trade and Industry, has stated that the government will implement a Vehicle Financing Scheme to allow "ordinary" Ghanaians to purchase newly manufactured vehicles in Ghana.

Mr Kyerematen said this when he introduced a recently comprised Ghana Auto Industry Improvement Board, accused of the order to manage the country's auto industry.
